Terms and conditions.
The rules governing access to and use of the AFROCITY marketplace.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the AFROCITY marketplace, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the marketplace.
2. Marketplace products
AFROCITY offers digital marketplace products including vehicles, properties, businesses, bundles, cosmetic items and other digital releases. Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and notify AFROCITY if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. An order is not complete until payment has been confirmed. AFROCITY may cancel or refund an order where a pricing, availability, fraud or technical issue is identified.
5. Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered through your AFROCITY account, community systems or another method described on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and any required account verification.
6. Licence and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, purchases provide a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the digital product within the AFROCITY ecosystem. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit purchased products without written permission.
7. Availability and modifications
AFROCITY may update, modify, suspend or discontinue marketplace products, features or services when reasonably necessary for security, technical, legal or operational reasons.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the marketplace, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with payment or security systems, submit fraudulent information, exploit bugs, distribute malicious code or use purchased content in breach of applicable rules.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the AFROCITY Refund Policy. Digital products may have restricted refund eligibility once delivered, activated, downloaded or otherwise used.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AFROCITY is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
AFROCITY may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
